A Simple Guide to Preparing Ceremonial Cacao

step 1

Boil the kettle and let it sit while you make your cacao. You want the water to be hot, not boiling.

step 2

Put 20g of shaved ceremonial cacao into your blender with 80-120ml milk of your choice.

step 3

Add your sweetener of choice to taste. We love using honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar or stevia.

step 4

Add 100-150ml of hot water.Then blend for 10s or until frothy.

    Love this stuff!

    This is the perfect addition to my morning cacao. Not only is it delicious and makes my drink taste even chocolatier, it actually does help wake me up in the mornings and brings on an added sense of alertness. I save it for my days off for an added bit of motivation.

    Love it!

    Started using this at the same time as the Cacao, so not sure which is more beneficial, but I'd recommend the combo for additional nutritional benefits. I'm alot more awake in the mornings, less sluggish, and brain is more alert. Highly recommend!
